Being overweight or obese increases the chances of developing diabetes, which can have negative effects on your vision.

Smoking is not only bad for your eyes, it’s terrible for the rest of your body.
4. Put on Sunglasses
Sunglasses help to make you look cooler and protect your eyes from the sun’s ultraviolet rays.
